Two bedroom apartment in Brooklyn
|
Two-bedroom basement apartment available in a completely renovated (2001) private home, located on Troy Avenue between Avenue D and Foster Avenue in Brooklyn. There is a garden in the back which is used by the residents of the house. There is also parking space next to the house.
The master bedroom can be accessed via the apartment's private entrance. The second entrance is on the first floor of the building.
The second bedroom is at the end of the hallway and has a separate entrance. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed in each room, dressers, tables, cable TV and closets.
Sheets & blankets are provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower, a sink and a toilet.
The apartment includes a kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a lot of storage space. It also has a cozy, fully furnished living room; this leads to the bedroom, which is fitted with a single bed, a desk and a closet.
For convenient travel around New York, the 2, 5 trains stop at Newkirk Avenue.
